The best place to find colorful Maltese boats is Marsaxlokk, a traditional fishing village on the southeastern coast of Malta. Strolling along the waterfront, you can see countless colorful boats called here luzzu and the larger dghajsa. Painted in red, blue and yellow boats, sometimes contain symbolism that comes from old Phoenician ships.
