The Renaissance magnate stronghold in Gołuchów, Poland was built in the mid-16th century. It was the seat of the famous Leszczyński family. The present appearance was given during the reconstruction carried out by Izabela Czartoryska at the end of the 19th century. During World War II, most of the castle's art collections were robbed by the Germans and Russians. Only part of it returned.
