After returning to the island of Newfoundland, I drove around Bonavista Peninsula. Weather was not too good, cold and drizzles all day long. However, I managed to see the lovely puffins in Ellison and a half a dozen of whales at Cape Bonavista. At the end of the day, I went to the museum to see a replica of the ship Matthew, a vessel, which sailed John Cabot in 1497, discovered America to the British crown.
